Hazel is an Executive Event Strategist who is professional, organized and fun to work with. Hazel is the perfect Event Strategist to make your wildest event dreams a magical reality.
Hazel Burgan was born in San-Fernando Trinidad, West Indies, and relocated to Brooklyn New York at the tender age of 13 years old. She grew up in Brooklyn, New York, studied and graduated with a Degree in Business Administration and Management.
Before starting Laa Vision Events in 2009, Hazel worked as a Stock and Bond Specialist in the financial district on Wall Street. She is the Founder and Creative Director of Hazel Burgan Events. She is a detail driven planner and designer, who loves planning and executing local and destination wedding and events.
Furthermore, with a Certification as an International Wedding and Event Planner, from the Bridal Society she has traveled creating her magic by executing high class weddings in Trinidad WI, Aruba, Jamaica, Florida, Turks and Caicos, Atlanta and New York.
Hazel Burgan Events is a full-service luxury wedding event planning boutique. Since opening in 2009, she has hosted many exclusive events in the wedding and event industry, and believes in her primary clients who put their trust in her team and her, to plan and execute unique, amazing wedding and events, without the stress and worry on their minds.
Hazel and her team’s goal is not to focus on the number of events they execute, but the quality of their events, and to ensure that the logistics of their client’s special events are smooth and flawless. More importantly, their goal is to plan a few events each month ensuring that enough time is implemented into executing their client’s vision to create an outstanding and unforgettable event execution.

Born and raised in Brooklyn, New York. Her background is in Human Resources which allows her the opportunity to skilled and detailed. Felicia's greatest pleasure is helping and bringing people together through putting designs together for events. Felicia believes every client has their own style and deserves to have the best team of experts to execute their vision. She has always been intrigued by events of various aspects and love the excitement of planning. She has always found herself in the middle of assisting with an event, which brings her much joy and a memorable experience. Her favorite food is: A good and an enjoyable burger. When she is not working, she loves to spend time with friends and family. Her favorite country she would love to visit is Thailand.

Logistic Coordinator
Born in North Trinidad W.I. and migrated to Brooklyn, New York as a teen. He is known for his artistic design with Trinidad & Tobago Carnival and is very diverse in the field of costume designing and brings great ideas to the team. A lover of logistic and a creative, he assists with the details in event designing. A father of three children, he knows what it takes to manage work and a family life and loves to relax at home on the weekend when he is not busy with events. Anthony handles the logistic coordination, representation, travel planning , accommodations, and organization of assigned events in regard to venues booking. In addition, he manages temporary staff recruitment, staff travel coordination and events’ material organization. Anthony makes sure that everything is in order to make your event perfect.

Born and raised in Kingston Jamaica until her late teens when she moved from Jamaica to the US, Brooklyn NY before settling down in Orlando Fl. Andrea knows how to get things done when planning and executing an event. She's an enthusiastic and innovative person who loves to serve others, always volunteering and helping others, that's how she discovered her love and passion for event planning. Andrea was asked if she would assist and help to coordinate this special event at her local church, she said "Yes", and the rest is history. She loves to make people's dreams come true. Andrea loves to laugh, travel, and eat. She loves going to dinner with friends. Her favorite quote; Pray Big. Worry small. Trust God. Laugh.
Nancy,
Event Assistant & Designer
A Trinidadian by birth, currently living in the Sunshine State wears many hats. She is a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, entrepreneur, event planner and has the heart for community services. As a mother, Nancy has guided her children and continues to do so, both mentally and spiritually as adults. As a grandmother, she low-key spoils her grandchildren then send them home to their parents. Nancy manages her family construction business with her husband and business partner. When Nancy is not running the business or spending quality time with her family, she devotes time to her passion for planning and executing events. She also has an eye for interior design . . . who would have thought the two are synonymous with each other? Nancy has a servant’s heart, not only does she love all degrees of event planning, she strongly believes in giving back by serving at community events. Nancy loves to binge watch HGTV, traveling to new places, trying new foods and restaurants, and would love to travel to Dubai to experience the architecture; to explore, touch and feel the textures of the buildings. Nancy’s favorite saying is . . . “REALLY”. Her favorite quote is “Our greatest fear is not the fear of Failing; our greatest fear is the fear of SUCCESS”.
